In one year, this intensive program prepares students to assist chefs in professional kitchens. Through hands-on classes, they will learn fundamental techniques in food preparation and handling, gaining valuable experience to join culinary teams in high-end restaurants and establishments.

The Chef Assistant is an expert in creating, adjusting, and perfecting recipes using techniques and a variety of ingredients. Certified in international haute cuisine, they are prepared to meet the demand for professionals in the food and beverage industry, bringing practical and technical skills to the kitchen.

They will have the ability and skill to create recipes, modify, and improve existing ones with the foundations learned, techniques, and a variety of ingredients within gastronomy.
