Founded in 2008 in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, ISAC is a pioneer in gastronomic education in the region. With Official Recognition of Studies Validity granted by the SEyD of the State of Chihuahua and the D.G.P. of the SEP, our institution has trained hundreds of chefs who now lead kitchens, start their own businesses, and represent the authentic “Flavor of Juárez” both nationally and internationally.
